About Valto Valeting
Valto Valeting is a mobile and on-site car valeting and detailing service based in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. These terms apply whenever you book or use our services.
Bookings
Submitting the booking form on this site is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We'll confirm your slot by phone or email, usually within one working day. A booking is only confirmed once we've agreed a time with you directly.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are a guide based on a standard size vehicle. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition, and will be confirmed with you before work begins. No payment is taken through this website.
Access requirements
For mobile bookings, we'll need reasonable access to a water supply and an electrical power point at the property. Please let us know in advance if either isn't available, so we can make alternative arrangements.
Cancellations and rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, so the slot can be offered to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect our ability to offer future bookings.
Weather
Certain services may need to be rescheduled in poor weather (heavy rain, freezing conditions) where it would affect the quality or safety of the work. We'll always aim to give as much notice as possible and offer the next available slot.
Vehicle condition
Please let us know about any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or delicate/unusual surfaces before work begins. We take care with every vehicle, but we're not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects that were present before our visit.
Insurance and liability
Valto Valeting holds public liability insurance covering every booking, mobile or on-site. Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during the course of work, and does not extend to pre-existing issues or matters outside our reasonable control.
Right to decline service
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a booking if a vehicle's condition falls outside the scope of the service booked, or in circumstances that raise reasonable safety or access concerns.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
